Meeting rooms at the heart of Ruoholahti
You will find flexible facilities from compact meeting rooms to large banquet facilities for larger groups. Meeting rooms are only rented to companies and organizations with a business ID and are only available on weekdays. Reservations for our facilities situated in the heart of the Ruoholahti area in Helsinki are managed by the lobby services. Take a look at our options and suitable premises for you.

The facilities include a 60 inch monitor, a Barco ClickShare USB transmitter and a flip chart upon request.

Looking for an office room that can hold a larger group? Vega is a meeting room for 22 persons, which can be rented for an hour or the entire day. The premises include:
- 86 ”display + AV equipment with a separate control panel, which includes a camera, a microphone and audio equipment.
- Whiteboard
- A flip chart upon request

16th floor banquet facility (max 70 persons):
If you want to organise your event at a truly scenic spot, we recommend choosing our top floor banquet facility. This facility has an astounding seaside view and includes:
- 86 ”display + AV equipment with a separate control panel, which includes a camera, a microphone and audio equipment.
- Two separate long tables for 28 persons in total. The room also includes portable stand tables and sofas. The table layout can be changed according to the event.
- A fantastic terrace and a log sauna, which has a great view of the Gulf of Finland and Lauttasaari. The sauna has shampoo and possibility to rent towels.
- The terrace barbecue is available for rent during the summer season.
Both lunch and dinner events can also be held at the lookout floor. Maximum capacity of this space is for 70 people.

Itämerentorni can be easily accessed via car, bicycle or public transportation. The two parking halls at our premises are reserved for business use.
